We exist to make UK marketing and advertising completely LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
We do that by encouraging brands and their creative and media partners to be fully LGBTQIA+ inclusive in their workplaces, and in their communications.
Our work
We provide training and development resources to support organisations in their internal LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts, including our LGBTQIA+ Mentoring programme, and Active Ally training.
And each year our awards celebrate the very best LGBTQIA+ inclusive campaigns and partnerships marketing. We share their case histories and stories as best practice so that others can learn from their success.

The team
We are all volunteers and we do all this with little money thanks to the generosity of our Supporters and Patrons.
Underpinning everything is our belief that we are privileged to work in this sector, and that advertising can be used to help bring about change for the better: acceptance and inclusion in our wider society, for everyone.
